San Antonio Sister Cities is hosting a musical program called “We Will Overcome: Sister Cities & Friends” presented by Musical Bridges Around the World (MBAW) for its opening event for the new 2021 season! The Global Engagement Office of the City of San Antonio is proud of its collaboration with this first event of the MBAW’s new season.
MBAW also joined us for our Annual Conference this year, Reimagining Citizen Diplomacy.

This unique event brings together 17 musicians from San Antonio and its sister and friendship cities all around the world to play an original composition by Aaron Prado, a well-known local musician and composer. Additionally, a total of 11 mayors and a deputy mayor from their sister and friendship cities were interviewed for this program.
