Located outside of Dallas, the city of Terrell, Texas is seeking a sister city partnership to create exchanges to learn from each other. With a population size of around 19,000 people, the city of Terrell has so much to offer from a historic downtown, British Flying Training School #1 museum and related events, and an annual memorial service by the Canadian government to honor the British pilots who died through training accidents. The city of Terrell wants to create a city partnership with a city from the United Kingdom and others to learn more about their shared histories, create partnerships and exchanges, and have global travel opportunities.
